Aufguss at Tromsøbadet – A Sensory Sauna Experience

Experience the intense calm of Tromsøbadet's Finnish sauna with our unique Aufguss ritual. Led by a certified Aufguss master, essential oils are poured onto the hot sauna stove, and the steam is distributed with towel techniques that fill the room with fragrant warmth.

The ritual lasts about 15 minutes and ends with a refreshing shower and a cold dip in the sea – a perfect way to cleanse body and mind. Aufguss is offered on select days, including ZenMorgen on Fridays and special evening events. Remember to bring a towel and swimwear.
