Oslo Badstuforening - Gamlebyen

Grønnspetten is Oslo Badstuforening's sauna in Gamlebyen, located on St. Halvards gate by Fuglen Coffee Roasters – the association's first sauna without the fjord as a neighbor. The wood-fired sauna wagon has room for ten people, and guests fire the stove themselves.

The communal sessions last two and a half hours, with drop-in on weekday afternoons and longer opening hours on weekends. You can also rent the whole wagon privately for an evening with your own crew. You'll find a changing room in the wagon itself, and a simple outdoor shower is ready for cooling off between rounds.

As always at Oslo Badstuforening, prices are affordable, with a member discount on all sessions – sauna for the people, now in Gamlebyen too.
