Nøsted Brygge Badstue

At Nøsted Brygge by the Drammensfjorden you'll find this floating sauna – a raft sauna where you enjoy the heat with the fjord right outside the windows, year-round. After your session you walk straight down the bathing ladder for a refreshing fjord dip, and in winter a hole is often cut in the ice for real ice bathing.

The sauna has an electric heater and welcomes both drop-in guests and private groups of up to 10 people. Membership gives free access to drop-in, and every other Tuesday an aufguss is held. Courses in breathing technique and ice bathing using the Wim Hof method are also offered here. Free parking right nearby.
