AdO arena

AdO arena at Lungegårdskaien in Bergen is Norway's main facility for swimming and diving, with a 50-meter pool, a diving tower, a learner's pool, and a children's pool under one roof.

The saunas are in the women's and men's changing rooms and are included in the regular admission ticket, so you can combine your swim with good, dry heat. The facility has changing rooms, hot showers, and everything you need for a whole day in the water.

AdO arena is open from early morning on most weekdays and has family-friendly weekend hours. Tickets are bought at the desk or online – easy for both fitness swimmers and water-loving families.
